How do I reset my password?+

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter your account email. We’ll send you a secure link to set a new password. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?+

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase, then open Settings → Manage Subscription inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. You can also verify the subscription in the iOS App Store under your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Subscriptions are managed by Apple — cancel anytime via your iPhone’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. You’ll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

I was charged but my Pro features aren’t unlocked.+

First, open Settings → Manage Subscription in the app and tap Restore Purchases. If features still don’t unlock, email support@tacticacademy.com with your purchase date and we’ll sort it out quickly.

How do I delete my account?+

Email support@tacticacademy.com with the subject line “Delete account”. As required by Apple, we’ll permanently delete your account and associated data — we confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Where do I report a bug?+

Send a quick note to support@tacticacademy.com. Include your device model, iOS version, and a short description (or screenshot) of what happened — it helps us fix things faster.
